I had made the decision to sell my home in Berlin NJ. Once that decision was made I knew there was only one person to call…. Joe Weisner. I have know Joe for over 35 years. Joe Wiessner and his team are Tops! I was the seller. The offer came in and I accepted. The buyers closing date requested was 1 month. With all of the inspections, fixes, etc, with the C.O. we made it to settlement on time. And quite a few issues arose, but Joe and his team know how to get it done.
