Village View Apartments

The office staff is beyond nice and always very helpful. They treat you like family the moment you walk in the door. The grounds are always kept very clean and honestly it’s so nice it doesn’t even feel like Vallejo. The property itself is beautiful and very up to date with everything. There’s even a pool and a cardio room. So if you’re looking for your next home you’ll definitely want to check them out asap!!

I did not have all of the correct information about this specific part of the ADA, so I did not say anything so that I did not say an uneducated answer. As much as we liked the apartment that we saw, the final comment that was made and what left an impression on my mind is that after explaining my situation to our tour guide she proceeded to say "Well, I don't know how long you've had the service dog but you still have some time to get rid of her and replace her because our weight limit restriction is 25 lbs and under," as she proceeded to laugh/chuckle about the situation under her breath. If she would have been more understanding about the situation I feel as though this review would not have been written.
