Not a good place to live. Maintenance crew is a joke. They leave people's apartment keys in the door. They dont show up for preplanned appointments. Management doesn't care about anybody. They dont respond to issues. This place appears clean on first look, but after having a police chase end in the parking lot and a shooting in another building it was time to go. Trash is always piling, and the pet waste stations never have bags and are always over flowing. Wish I would have seen the reviews before I moved there. Not a safe environment for families.

Let this be your sign NOT to live here - this place is straight up gross, outdated, and overpriced. If you choose to live here, document everything. Check our photos and videos before you sign a lease. They also read your emails, but rarely respond. Welcome to Blue Rock! Amenities include: 🐭 mice 🪳 roaches and spiders galore 💩 dog poop everywhere ❌ pool / hot tub closed for a year without any updates ✅ admins that read your emails, but don’t respond I’ve never lived anywhere that truly shows how little they care. This is corporate housing at its finest where you’re just a number and they only care about money. 🐭 Mouse infestation After letting them know numerous mice were coming through holes in the wall, they dropped off a few glue traps and marked it complete. Inhumane and completely

Seems like there's some misinformation about these apartments by the comments. This is what will be added on after rent- 1)Amenity Improvement Fee $5.00 2)BillingFee $3.69 3)Trash for $37.87 4)Water for $50.30 5)Boiler for $67.38 6)Sewer for $86.18 In total $250.42 no, these rates do not apply to everybody. It depends on unit size and some of the fees go up and down depending on usage so you can imagine how cheap it would be if it was one person But if you have a family, you could be paying at this price also, this is a very safe quiet community. We have security on site. We do have gates and cameras on site. The maintenance 24/7 they are incredible they fix on all plumbing issues, broken fridges, and dishwashers broken blinds to replacing lightbulbs they respond to big issues to little is

The maintenance crews are always busy. Two dog parks, multiple laundry areas, after living here for over 2.5 years we had remove our plants. New people moved in and complained. Others have there's, but we were highly encouraged by local crew in office management. Still have not heard from corporate. Overall get cameras and stay alert always around here. My neighbors tires were stolen over night, multiple car windows smashed in, plus the non registered cars in the parking spots seemed abandoned for years. They over charge for trash here, encouraging dumping...

If you are considering renting here, I strongly recommend that you reconsider. Based on my own experience, this is not a safe place to live. On Tuesday September 23, around 10:00 p.m., our apartment was broken into. We are currently in the process of moving, so we had not yet removed all of our belongings, and there were still valuable items inside. The intruders stole a safe containing money and important documents, including Social Security cards, passports, and more. The individuals responsible live at 1900, in Building 7. Unit 712 These same individuals were also involved in a shooting at the pool some time ago. Despite this serious incident, the management did absolutely nothing—only closing the pool for a few days before reopening it as if nothing had happened. This place is unsafe
