Village Square Apartments

This really is an amazing apartment I can call home. The lawn around the apartment is very well cared for and not a piece of litter to be seen. The apartment manager has been great!! Jennifer was very knowledgeable and super friendly. She was able to answer all my questions and made the move in process very easy. She even dropped off a welcome basket and thank you card. This is a great place with great management. I would definitely recommend it. I'm a fan!

I was looking for apartments last minute. I got ahold of their apartment manager, Jennifer Arens. Within the first half hour she showed me Village Square. She was knowledgeable, persistent and extremely helpful. She even called the utility companies right there to let me know what the average bill was a month. She pointed me in all the right directions in a calm and collective manner. The units themselves were very well kept and the atmosphere is amazing. I would definitely recommend her and Bender Midwest Properties. I’m glad I found them.
