Village Square Apartments

I lived here in Village Square for about 10 months and honestly the experience was pretty disappointing for the amount of rent being charged (close to $1,900+ with utilities for one bedroom, 1 den apartment). The biggest issue for me was privacy. Every time maintenance came in, things were moved around unnecessarily. My paintings were moved, items inside cabinets were shifted, and even parts of the kitchen looked rearranged. During one visit, they moved bathroom trash and cleaning items into my bedroom without asking. I had specifically told them to call me if anything needed to be moved. During my 8 month stay in a 1-bedroom, 1-den unit, I had a highly positive experience. The amenities, particularly the gym and pool, were excellent and well-maintained. The property itself was impeccably managed, with efficient snow removal and gardening. While occasional issues arose, management was exceptionally responsive and fair, promptly addressing concerns with clear communication. In contrast to some online reviews, I found that simply being a reasonable person and communicating any issues leads to positive outcome here.

My girlfriend and I just wanted to do a shout out. Living here at Village Sq apartments has been an enjoyable time for us. The office staff is wonderful, always polite and professional. The maintenance staff is great and especially Brain. Brain is a very knowledgeable and skillful person who is also caring when it comes to tenants needs. The grounds here feel safe and are very pretty. The apartment itself is clean and well maintained. Our apartment feels like a real home, and I am proud to entertain in our apartment. I really love the cabinets in my kitchen and the layout of the whole apartment. All our neighbors are so friendly, and it is nice to go to the pool in the summertime. Me and my fiancé lived there for 4 years and just moved out this month. Only reason we left was for a bigger place for our family. We had a great experience in all 4 years of being there. The office and Maitence crews were great and any time we had an issue they always responded quickly and made sure it was up to our satisfaction. We loved the amenities of the gym, pool and grill area. It was a great place to start our family and we couldn’t have been happier to started out there.
