Village Place

Where do I start. The apartments haven't been updated and have barely been maintained since they were built in the early 2000s. No in unit washer and dryer unless you want to pay $200+ more a month. After one repair of anything, they'll charge YOU for any further repairs. The new manager is never in office, and when she was she constantly gave me and my family a death stare as she knew we were leaving. The community is AWFUL!! Kids running around screaming and yelling, throwing things at the buildings until extremely late at night/early in the morning. Neighbors partying until 2-3 am, and whenever we reported them for a noise complaint, nothing was done. People constantly smoking weed or cigarettes in their apartment and right outside apartments, causing the smell to sleep into every apart

Terrible place to live. The hot tub that's marketed as part of the amenities did not ever work once in the almost 2 years I lived here. One of our neighbors were arrested multiple times in the parking lot for having stolen cars at the complex. We saw them bring about 3-6 different cars per week most of the time. Overall terrible experience.

The most amazing staff ever! I have had nothing but help and compassion from this amazing staff! Didn’t have to wait to replace my washer and they did it quietly. I want to thank them for being so helpful at the most traumatic time.

I have a friend who lives in a one bedroom apartment here and i got to say they are very spacious living quarters. Also very well maintained and just looks outstanding. The neighborhood is safe and alot of kids around for those with young ones. Definitely family friendly and the school bus picks thw kids up at corner of sidewalk by apartments. They are just all around amazing apartments.

This place is great if you like a matinence guy that does everything half ass or half the time doesn't even know what he's doing. Good luck on finding parking some people own like 3 or 4 cars and some are broke down that won't move for months. Management doesn't seem to care what people do.. The compactor / recycling area is full most of the time with garbage everywhere. People will drive through the apartments past 10 with their music blaring and kids running all over the place so drive extra cautiously because you never know when one will dart out in front of your vehicle... Also be aware of the tweekers that like to roam through the complex on their bikes.
