The maintenance team takes their job seriously and always responds quickly. The office staff are friendly, professional, and always willing to help, making every process smooth and efficient. I have been living here for going on 3 years I lived in one building recently moved into another building in August came back after only a week of being gone because I loved my apartment. This new one not so much, I’m not sure if the management changed but this place has really gone down. They had an awesome lady that worked in the office I will keep her name out of it but ever since she has been gone nothing has been right. When I moved in i called about the unit not being painted after the old tenants moved out, my sink drawer in the bathroom was broke called they fixed it the next day it was broke again, the cabinet doors are two different sizes, the dish washer is disguising and I have never used it, one of the stove burners don’t work. I’ve had a great experience at Village Place Apartments in Romeoville. The community is well-kept, and the staff is very friendly. Krystal has been especially helpful—she’s professional, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile. She made the process easy and pleasant. Highly recommend!

We have lived at Village Place Apartments for almost 2 years now and we like it! The apartments are nice and new. We have two attached garages, which are also nice. The apartments have lots of storage space, which is rare for apartments. The layout is great, the appliances are nice, and it has good lighting. We’ve had a few issues come up, but the maintenance crew is awesome. Luke and Tim are great, so they’ve fixed any issue that came up. Big or small. We had a pipe leak not long after we moved in so they had to cut a hole in the ceiling, but you’d never know where the hole was when they finished the repair. We had an issue with a three-way switch, so Luke and Tim ran new wiring to fix it. Those are the only issues we’ve had in nearly two years. The maintenance team is phenomenal though,

I lived here for an year and was very happy with the place when I moved in. The apartment was brand new, only 1 of the buildings was completed and there was no club house yet. We were told the club house would be build and open in a month which was December 2020. That did not happen. The club house was open in September 2021 and that's just the inside area, the outside area with the pool was not finished yet. So we were advertised amenities but didn't get to use them at all. We were not compensated for that. The buildings walls and floors are so thin that you can literally listen to your neighbors conversations and hopefully you don't end up under an apartment with small kids.
