From the moment I submitted my application to the day I moved in, my experience with Springs On Weber has been nothing short of amazing. The leasing team was friendly, professional, and incredibly responsive—every question I had was answered promptly, and they made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. The springs at weber is great. I love my interactions with the staff. The entire team has been awesome. Rhonda and Allen in management have always made me feel like a priority. My questions are quickly responded to. I Love my unit as well as the many dog owners that I have met. They have been my community. Very 😊

Couple issues with Springs, but the new property manager is very pleasant. They hire a third party to professionally clean the apartments before you move in. They do a real poor job. There was human hair in my fridge and condiments caked onto the fridge shelves. They paint sloppily, leaving paint speckled on the floors and painting over human hair stuck on. The stairs are carpet and they do not deep clean the stairs, you just have to deal with the filth of prior tenants or pay to get them cleaned yourself. Springs could have better customer service at the front office. The few times I need to go there for something they’re usually closed even though their hours on the door say otherwise. I recently moved in and had the pleasure of touring the property with Nicole. She was friendly, very helpful, and so kind to my children. which I really appreciated. The application process was smooth and quick, and we were able to move in just a week after touring. The only issue I had was that several things in the apartment needed fixing that should’ve been addressed before move-in, such as the fire alarm system, the washer, and the shower. However, the maintenance team was kind and very prompt in getting everything taken care of.

My experience has been good so far. All staff members—including Ms. Ronda, Nicole, and the entire team—have been very responsive and patient. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the move-in process was smooth.
