Village Park Senior Living

I was asked by a friend to assist them in moving out some of their furnishings. The management said that we would have to wait for them to provide the "move out rules" which were never provided. When we went to move furnishings out, we did not want to park illegally outside the elevator entry, nor block the entrance to the parking garage. Our plan was to move the furnishings to the lower elevator floor area and then move our vehicle to a no parking area to commence a quick loading. We intentionally made sure that no common areas or walkways were obstructed by shifting the common area furnishings slightly to keep the walkways open and uncluttered. This also gave us better access to the elevator. Shifting the common area furnishings revealed broken glass just swept under the couches.

Parents been here and they take advantage of the elderly here keep putting the rent up every other month the place is never clean no security office women are rude to my parents something is always leaking and they're motive is just to take take take!!!!!!!!!!!! My parents had eye surgery and they kept saying send an email or an order and they never take care of any problems unless its on their own time! This place is super unprofessional and never have anything on order elevators were down for months and yet they're still down my parents are handicapped this isnt the place for them no more!!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!

I'd like to compliment Amber Colbert on her work ethics. She is responsible, knowledgeable and very helpful. When I email her I always get a response, whether she's on property or external. I never feel ignored. I'm not certain of her title however she's management material. She works with you, not against you and for that I'm thankful she's here at Village Park. I would like to see more of her on property.

I love my apartment. The maintenance here is great. When I submit a ticket for maintenance they show up in just a couple of hours.

Just horrible they lie then send you notices to evacuate for having a neat well kept patio with plants they said you could have so evacuate now!Then say they were just joking Barbara will insult you for just trying to be likable and kind. It’s crawling with roaches and they keep the office locked. I could go on. It’s been almost 3 yrs and I’m very happy now God knows noone deserves to be hated on for being kind. Look around you can do better blessings I hope the best for everyone.
