Resident for almost 2 years . My experience has been pleasant, I love the layout of my unit and how much space there is. The neighborhood is quiet and everyone keeps to themselves and management is super cool very kind and attentive.

Unbelievably HIGH rental prices for a LOW value neighborhood. We decided to preview the area before our tour and it was the exact opposite of what is pictured online. The photos are nowhere near current and not a true reflection of poor conditions now. Busted windows and junk cars complete with being located alongside an active train track. If the rent was lower it wouldn't have been such a shocking disappointment.

Landlord don't want to fix , trashy area! Houses catch fire don't move over there house have Mold

I went to see if they had anything available, I was greeted by the manager and was told there’s one available now. He then proceeded to show me the property and answered all my questions. Time is money and precious. I wasn’t rushed or fast talked.Upon leaving I had a couple more questions and at the same time I’m guessing a resident wanted a word with him. He kindly Wxcused himself from our conversation to tell them one moment please and then proceeded with our conversation with his undivided attention. I give 5 stars for having respect for the individual and making me feel comfortable with my questions and the viewing. More property managers and realtors need to conduct business as well as he did

Today my boyfriend and I were scheduled to view a condo there at 8:45 am and just as we were on the way we got a call saying that we could not view the condo because the lady working this morning had an appointment at 10:00 am. As I told him, it doesnt even take an whole hour to view. Well I decided to call the young lady back to figure out what was going on and why we were canceled out on a viewing,(we work as well so this time was precious) she said she had to be in Winston and Greensboro... Ok, so you are in Greensboro but wont complete our 20 min appointment for viewing?(we too had an appointment after this one)... I also asked could i speak with someone else?, she claimed she was the one to speak to. My boyfriend told me that he felt she was being lazy and didnt want to give us a view
