Village Oaks Apartments

I have lived here in the Alamo Heights school area for 11 years. I really enjoy the area..HEB Across the street, Alamo quarry market 2 miles down the road, 3 miles to the airport & easy access to get to the highway 1 mile away. There have been some issues with property managers, and construction. As of today those issues have been taken care of. The property manager Tina Kennison and Drought management have addressed and taken care of all the issues that I have reported.

The location is great and in an excellent school district . The grounds were clean. Katt was very friendly and professional. Unfortunately my application didn’t go through now the company that owns them will refund your deposit but it will take them a month to refund you back . No explanation even though they are based in San Antonio . So be aware of that when you apply here .

I recently moved into these apartments and I can’t say enough the manager Lynette has gone over and beyond to make us feel at home. I’m so grateful. The maintenance man Sammy has been very courteous and generous to my family and that is so unexpected but so grateful. This place is so clean and the grounds are well maintained and the property is very quiet so tranquil. The laundry room is the cleanest I’ve ever seen in any complex. I love this place. Thank you for the opportunity!!

I really enjoyed these apartments. They are clean, nice layout, great location and the people who work there are very nice up to the Regional. Had to move due to job loss but would definitely move back if I have the chance.
