Village Manor Apartments

The area my mom lives in is nice and quiet! The people you do see are friendly and welcoming. There was a situation with bed bugs going from apartment to apartment when being sprayed by pest control. Management is aware though and taking necessary steps to prevent future reoccurrences.

I couldn't be happier with my apartment. The entire experience has been handled in a professional & timely manner. I met the entire staff, including maintenance, which helped me to feel secure. It's quiet & close to stores & bus hook-up.

Village Manor staff is very accommodating. I call office with problem the maintenance people are there same day. I love the location of my unit. Its quiet and I have a nice little back yard àrea with trees. Also enjoy watching the squirrels and birds and so does my little dog. I'm glad to call it home.

Village Manor is a Wonderful place to live. Management and Staff go above and beyond very friendly,thoughtful and kind Family oriented, Ground well kept with play ground for children holiday events Great neighborhood peaceful safe and quiet with many benches to sit to enjoy the day . After living here for about 8 years i definitely have had some bad experiences, but over all i would say it is the best "based on income" housing in sturgis. The new office staff are a lot nicer and more understanding than the old ones. the down side to that is they're too nice at times and therefore do not want to be strict. in the past 6 months they sent out at least 8 notices to everyone about the problem they are having of people not picking up after their dogs, but that is basically all that has been done about the problem. They have recently remodeled all of village manor both inside and out. they did go kinda cheap about it though. overall though, what i think is the best part is if you need the maintenance for anything just call and they will be there in a few min on weekdays or ab
