My wife and I were looking at a home that Sue Ann Farmer was the listing agent of. We made an offer on the house and after a week we were told our offer was as accepted. We waited another 4-5 days hearing nothing about a purchase agreement. Our agent reached out numerous times with no response from Sue Ann. I personally have reached out with no response. Don’t waste your time with this agent or anything they list.

Michael Brorson was very unprofessional. 1. One of the reviewer "S" wrote " Mike Brorson was very unprofessional towards my husband". 2. He was very unprofessional towards me as well. He acts/behave/talk as if he is an agent for the buyer instead of an agent for the seller, which was me. He stated my house is not worth $........... because I did not do proper maintenance of the property. How can a seller's agent say something like this uneducated comment? 3. On the day of closing he showed up with short sleeve shirt and short pants. How unprofessional outfit! Golfing is more important than serving the client. 4. Bad experience. A nightmare.

In this day and age it is often hard to find people that are honest and trustworthy and great at their job, but Sue Roach is one of the best people I have ever encountered and had the pleasure to know and work with. If you are selling or buying a home you cannot and will not find a finer person to work with than Sue Roach. Thank you,

Mike Brorson was very unprofessional and rude towards my husband. He sent my husband violent threats, while drunk, via text and phone calls all because my husband went with a realtor other than Mike.
