Village Lake Apartments

I have been an resident for 9 yrs what a beautiful place to live at maintenance is on time on the complex. Quiet and peaceful hallways and neighborhood.

Been here 5 years it’s like peace in the valley

When I first move in my apartment in stinks of cigarettes scent in the bathroom. The scent is hard to get rid off . The bathroom sink is old, the floor tile was lifting up. For the price you are paying for the apartment could have been prepared properly.

These apartments were ok for what’s out Waldorf that’s not in the $2000s and up. They were more up to date than the apartments I came from so I don’t have no complaints with that. I saw other reviews and I will say the walls and flooring is very thin you can hear everything in someone else apartment but let’s be real it’s an apartment!!! Move to a house if you can’t stand that. I try to be mindful of my family walking but we are humans and like i said move to a house. I can tell the neighbors are nosy and be worried about the wrong things and like I said again move into a house this is an apartment and it’s old so yes you will hear others tv and people walking the building was built in 1994. So far my experience has been good but I do see the counter and cabinets peeling already so I figur

I’ve been here for approximately 2 weeks and so far, so good. Everyone here is very friendly and the maintenance men are pretty prompt with requests. Diane Hall was very courteous and quick when it came to processing my application and getting me in my new apartment. I would highly recommend working with her if you’re looking for a new place.
