Village in the Woods

Lived here for 10 years. Its quiet and woodwd...I like it

They have a bat issue. Not being addressed. the dangers of bats in dwelling spaces is a serious concern. management and maintenance appear to oblivious!

I have been a happy resident of Village in the Woods apartments since 2013. I love it here. The manager Brandi McBride makes me feel like family. I enjoy the pool & the woodsy setting. Beautiful landscape. Clean and safe. Great value.

Our apartment was dated, but we had no issues with maintenance. They were very quick to respond with any concern we had. The grounds and pool are keep very nice and updates are being done in many of the units. All in all a quite nice place for us as we moved to Batesville. Internet speeds were slow, but not too big of an issue until we were all at home during the quarantine. Our landlady, Brandi was always friendly and quick to help with any concern.

The manager is terribly rude. If I wasn't out right insulted by the woman in charge then there were several inappropriate and unprofessional implications made. I once called maintenance about a leak in my tub that left a water stain on the ceiling in the kitchen. The ceiling was patched very very poorly and the leak wasn't even touched so I just ended up with a giant hole in the ceiling. My husband, who was not allowed to live with me there, ended up having to fix the leak himself. Overall a very poor experience.
