Depot Square Flats

I recently moved out of Depot Square Flats and unfortunately had a very negative experience. The apartment itself was extremely dusty and appeared to have mold issues. My family and I constantly struggled with allergy symptoms while living there, which was very concerning. Before my lease had even ended — with about two full weeks remaining — maintenance entered my unit, moved in a utility cart, began painting, and disposed of some of my personal belongings without my permission. I’ve lived at Depot Square Flats for the past year and it’s a great little community. My mutt and I love that the community is walking distance from the dog park and offers an on site grooming room! The historic aspects, exposed brick, 9 foot ceilings, large wood beams, original hardware, and preserved wood floors make this the most unique and aesthetic community in the area. The main reason to live at Depot Square is our property manager, Natalie. She truly cares about the residents and goes above and beyond to ensure we get value beyond what we pay. Yes, these are premium prices for luxury units, but we get premium service. The air conditioner quit working at about 2:00 AM. Maintenance arrived within a very few minutes after we reported the issue. He checked the unit in our apartment, then went up on the roof to fix something, came right back down, and it was perfect. It's worked ever since. Very impressed. It's nice to have such a great response.
