Village Homes: The Lakes at Centerra

I've been a homeowner for just over a year here. The price compared to the quality is extremely high. The customer service is poor at best. Corners were cut and they find any way to get out of doing the necessary work to fix mistakes or correct building issues. The customer care agent in the community told my neighbor about me not being happy with them because of the hard time they're giving me on getting work done. Come drive through the community and you will see a vast majority of the driveways being replaced due to bad settling and doing to proper work up front. Please do you correct research before giving Lennar a shot. There is better out there for the $$.

People like Ann McConnell and Jeffrey Waymire make buying a house a walk in the park! I was very dissapointed in the way that purchasing of houses were done in Northern Colorado, until I went to Village Homes! I purchased my first home in a matter of one month and everything went smooth like they promised. The homes are really nice and now I think it is better to buy a home with a finished basement!
