Village Heights Apartments

I absolutely love this community! The grounds are well-kept and any maintenance issues are dealt with promptly. There are 3 different floor-plans and are laid out very well. The neighbors are great and the management is courteous and attentive. It's proximity to shopping and freeway access, while not being on too busy a street is a bonus. Plus, there is a pool and on-site laundry room if you are unable to use the washer/dryer hookups. I love this place :)

I have lived here for almost 18 years my son was raise here, we are close to the best schools in the area, shopping centers, freeways, markets, beach, swapmeet, parks and more. I have no complaints it is a very quiet and clean place, with pool area, handy computer room for homework, grill area, family room for bigger events and we are allow to have our own grill on the patio, and small pets. Also connections for washer and dryer in the apartment. They have the best maintenance service any tame and manager always helpful. I'm really happy living here and I would highly recommend to everyone.

The WORST customer service.! Management is just a female dog is you know what I mean. They have 7 visitor parking spots for the entire place. They want to charge $100 PER MONTH for an extra parking spot. Did I mention the manager that answers the phone is terrible! Talks to you like you're below her, like you're wasting your wasting her time. Like, what do you want??? Its absolutely horrible. She clearly hates her job. The "managers" don't have a waiting list supposedly. They tell you to check in every month too see if something is available and they always tell you no. Yes if you talk to anyone that lives here, they were able to get in because they had a friend that lived in here. So you have to know someone to get in and its very unfair.
