Kenyon Cantino has been awesome in every aspect of this process! I wouldn’t go with anyone else. Kenyon is the utmost professional and knows his profession! True professional in his field. Loan Depot helped get us a great mortgage and was essential throughout the process. We worked with Shila C. and she was amazing! From the very beginning she spent much time on the phone with us explaining the process, informing us of different loan programs, and answering any question we had along the way. We so appreciated how responsive she was, her professionalism, and knowledge! In the end, Loan Depot got our loan closed in less time than our 21 day escrow! Highly recommend and would use them again.

Jason Kong worked endlessly to make sure my loan closed on time. He was efficient, great communicator, respectful, friendly, and took care of all of the work for me. He made my list of things to do easy to understand and walked me through the process in a way that’s easy for someone not in then industry to understand. He made it possible to close my loan in 20 days!! Highly recommend.

Jonathan Aguilar is so personable, competent, professional and without a doubt knowledgeable in his craft. Steve Spriggs was great in loan initiation. However, things went down-hill after that... 1. Mortgage statement for Nov payment wasn't received. 2. Check for said payment, mailed on Oct 24 was never posted as of Nov 5. 3. We still cannot access website without a "service number", which no one we contacted by telephone (total 3 hours) was able to provide. 4. Loan number given us started with digit 6, which apparently was erroneous, and unrecognized by any phone staffer.
