Village Grove

Village Grove is a condo complex that offers amenities such as a pool, rivers, ponds and a sauna. Tenants are able to rent condos or buy townhouses. However, the place has many flaws that have failed to have been addressed since 2015. Starting off, the maintenance with the ponds wouldn't be considered terrible, but at times mold and deposits of sulfur end up dirtying the pond resulting in a foul odor to go around the complex. Areas of good standing in this area include the pool and sauna which are kept in well condition through proper maintenance. Second to mention is that security is not well implemented. On multiple accounts, people and sometimes crowds of delinquents trespass usually creating chaos for residents of the complex usually resulting in the police having to be called in. Thir

Amazing beautiful place to live!! pool is heated in the summer and the board of directors really cares! 😊 streams give relaxing resort feel! Lots of beautiful trees! Great central convient location too!

Beware they just want your money for the application. Me my girlfriend and several friends and family have applied here in the last couple days. No one has heard back from them using different renting apps. On Zillow it says 2,018 people have contacted them if all filled out application for $35 that they say is not refundable that’s $35x2018= $70,630 that they have made off just by people filling out applications.

Beautiful condo and townhomes complex. Heated pool, lots of trees, beautiful water fountains, clean and spacious pool house. Very friendly neighbors! Definitely recommend.
