I live a few towns over but was really impressed with the Village Green community. It’s well maintained and Reyna and Sharon are both very knowledgeable of the community.

the community common areas are being vandalized — chairs are destroyed, trash is left everywhere, and the overall appearance is suffering because of a lack of accountability. We also have residents who habitually park their vehicles in the middle of the road for days at a time, blocking other cars and creating safety hazards. The HOA has yet to take any action to address these violations, despite clear rules being in place. Just recently, a young boy threw a camera against our window and ran off without consequence. For a community where homes are valued at over a quarter million dollars, it is unacceptable to allow a few individuals and their children to degrade the quality of life for everyone else. The HOA must become visibly present, proactive, and enforce the community’s rules and s
