I grew up here, it's a lovely place indeed :)
This place is horrible. Not even worth one star. The RR tracks are about 50-100 feet away (if that) that runs once-twice a hour, day and night. There isn’t a office on site so kids break windows, plants, and anything you have outside. Even after telling the office in Cartersville, they don’t do anything. (I have police records for proof). The people are trashy, loud and park cars in the grass in front of your apt. Drugs are being sold right outside by the fields. It’s horrible.
This is a great place to live. Nice clean units. Professional management staff and maintenance. There's a memorial baseball field across the street that gives the kids room to play.
Management team is awful. Don’t even deserve 1 star
Just a save place to start off you life at.
