Village Green Apartments

Village Green is a fantastic place to live-my mom lived here for 3-1/2 years. Main office management (Hudson Highland Properties) and property management are excellent. The buildings and grounds are beautifully maintained and super clean. They hold tenants accountable for following the rules to maintain safety, security, and cleanliness and routinely carry out buildings and grounds inspections. They are responsive and communicative and Rosalyn in the main office was excellent, helpful and caring, and followed up on any communications or needs. I highly recommend Village Green

We lived in Village Green Apartments in Rhinebeck NY for the past four years and it was a great place to live! The apartments and grounds are well kept and the few maintenance issues we had, were resolved quickly. There was never a concern with the driveways being plowed and sidewalks shoveled when we had snow. We found communications with the property management office to be responsive and pleasant. We always felt safe and enjoyed the short walk into the village. Having not lived in an apartment for over 40 years, our experience renting at Village Green was quite positive. If we ever choose to rent again, we would not hesitate to move back to Village Green.

I've lived here over a decade and after owning a home, truly appreciate how responsive, professional and polite the office and maintenance crew are when anything needs repair. Scott and Sergio attend to issues within hours of notifying the office and they always do a great job. The property is very well maintained, it's a great location and everyone is very friendly.

We have been residents at Village Green apartments for several months and are very impressed with the quality of the property management and maintenance of this complex. Michelle, Scott and others have been responsive and friendly. Our apartment is immaculate and the grounds are well maintained. Work requests are attended to quickly. It'a a good place to live.

Hudson Highland Properties is a wonderful management company. Michelle Rivera is SUPER responsive and helpful. There's been a bit of construction next door which is annoying, but the construction keeps to working hours most of the time. Maintenance is fast and reliable. We rent the Jumbo 1BR Platinum. We've been living here for about 8 months now and plan on renewing the lease! (Assuming rent increase is accurately reflected). The community is very friendly.
