- They increased our rent by $100 - They then charge additional for the ASSIGNED GARAGES that used to be included another $50 - They charge an additional $25 for lawn care and snow removal - They also charge you for gas even if you are not using it. So if some dumbass has their heat on for some reason and it uses gas you get charged as well. - Also, they DO NOT remove the snow outside of the minimum required which is just the sidewalks. You have to clear out your parking spot and in front of your garage. For the rest of the lot they just let the cars pack down the snow. DO NOT MOVE HERE! I plan on leaving as soon as possible as this property management is literally con artists. DO NOT MOVE HERE PERIOD!
