Spring Lake Apartments

I resided in this apartment for over 2.5 years. While the stay was ok, the move-out experience was extremely negative and disheartening. We specifically requested the property manager to conduct the inspection in our presence, but she adamantly refused. Upon vacating the property, to our dismay, she levied charges exceeding $900 for cleaning and damages. Despite escalating the matter to her superiors, no resolution was reached, and we were unjustly compelled to settle the charges. I strongly advise against choosing this apartment.

Jennifer and staff have been great to work with from the moment I filed my application. I’d previously lived at their other property in Beaver Dam, so when I was moving back, they were on my short list of places to apply. Everything was ready to go for my key pick up on my move in day, neighbors are friendly and I see lots of residents walking the property when the weather is nice. The clubhouse has a nice fitness center and access to the complex’s pool, as well as a space with kitchenette that can be reserved by residents if you have need to host a larger group than your own unit can comfortably fit. Hallways and stair wells are nice and wide to accommodate easier move in, management and maintenance are prompt to answer questions or requests, and the sound proofing between units is amazi

This apartment complex is one of the best places to live in Beaver Dam!!!! From the very first moment you come on the property, you can tell it is very well maintained. All of the staff are great to work with. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. When I had a small issue with a repair, it was fixed within 24 hours. The apartments are very spacious. The huge walk in closet in the master bedroom is a big reason you will want to move here. I have more than plenty of room for all my belongings! The kitchen has a pantry with shelves and also plenty of cabinet space to keep your appliances and other kitchen needs. Other reasons you will want to move here. Free cable and internet service!!!!! Jennifer has been wonderful to work with in my transition here from KY and now on my transition back 15 months later. Maintenance issues have been few, but when I had one Shawn was all over it. The property has a gym and pool on it that I used regularly. One of my best parts is the lake. I have solved many evenings walking around it or sitting on the bank solving problems. I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to rent. The app is also so easy to use for payment and maintenance work orders if any.

Great place to live at! Jennifer is very responsive and does a great job addressing any and all concerns. Apartments are large, updated, and just overall nice to live in. Free heat, internet, and TV is a great perk also.
