Village Builders transformed our dark, icky basement into a beautiful, functional space. They designed, built and finished 2 bedrooms, a rec space and a bathroom. They also created a beautiful staircase leading to the upstairs living room from the basement. The estimate was fair and thorough and they stuck to it. Each part of the crew was skilled and knew what they were doing. Huge shout out to Jeff who paid close attention to detail (put up with my dog and kids) and is an excellent carpenter and to George who did a great job communicating who was coming and what they would be doing each week. We highly recommend Village Builders!

Beirich, Anne C 4:50 PM (16 minutes ago) to me VB did the reno on our gorgeous new kitchen. Everyone on the job (Brittany as the PM, who remembers every detail, the awesome Gary (aka master tiler), Gary II, George, and the subs including Jim the electrician, Matt the cabinet installer, Michael Pelletier at DK Design, Zach the painter, and everyone else I am no doubt forgetting) did a great job. No large scale construction job is without its hiccups but they worked through those with us and finished when they said they would and even a smidge under budget if you can believe that. A couple years ago they were the *only* contractor to bother calling us back for a small bathroom and miscellaneous house projects (also well done) and they are the only contractors I will go to with any of the up

Village Builders was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. They were also the best price of all our quotes and came in on budget! The whole team was professional, helpful, courteous and they really knew what they were doing. We are so pleased with our bathroom/shower renovation and would definitely use them again with any project that comes up.

Village Builders was hired to repour the concrete slab in our basement. When we moved in, we were alerted by the sewer inspector that they had covered up the house trap, which would need to be accessed to clear through a blockage should that happen. We initially contacted village builders to see if they could send someone to uncover it, which would only require breaking through about 1-2 square feet of the slab. We were told that they had actually already removed the house trap during the initial job. We then had another sewer inspector come, who confirmed there was still indeed a working house trap. Of course, a few months later, our sewer did get backed up and overflow a bit into the basement. They were pretty snarky when responding to our request to have the trap addressed, asking "Can

I reached out to Village Builders to inquire about having my existing deck removed and rebuilt. What was initially a responsive and promising discussion ultimately devolved into a curt dismissal. When I sought to have just the foundation and framing work taken care of is when things took an unpleasant turn.
