I sell MANY homes representing both buys and sellers and they have always been incredible to work with! Ken, Jill, and Chris are always prompt to respond and problem solve quickly any issues that may come up. There's always a chance that things can go wrong in a real estate transaction (buyer/sellers) etc. People get emotional! But It's important to recognize where to problem arises, not who's sharing the details - perhaps it was never an issue with the title company to begin with! :) I'd encourage anyone considering using First Choice to pick up the phone and communicate with the wonderful people behind this company! I had a business transaction as a buyer here at First Choice Title which had to be cancelled due issues on the seller's side. I then requested return of the nominal earnest money that was submitted and was told by a "Kris" that it would be sent. Approximately three weeks past and we never received the return of the earnest money. So another call was made and a Jill(VP) responded. I informed her of not receiving the earnest money and ask for a simple explanation why they didn't send me record via tracking number that I requested so errors like this could be correctly identified. She refused to answer and simply stated we can just "resend" you another check the same way. Completed my home signing yesterday with this company and could not be more satisfied with the service we received. Jill and Ken were wonderful to work with and were very thorough. Ken explained all the documents and even provided us better understanding of how to handle our tax payments and some homeowning loan tips. I would highly recommend this company handling all of your title needs.
