Today and other days I had issues with the Manger I don't know her name. But for example today she got a smart attitude with me about a plunger cause I had a maintenance issue.She said to Me well you need to invest in a plunger the way she responded was not professional at all. I know I need a plunger she didn't have to say that like I'm stupid. I'm very smart. Just wanted you to know about the person you all hired. But other than that everybody else is professional except her. Also it is quite most of the time nice place to stay. Just don't have time for children 😒.

This neighborhood should have been torn down completely. The office is trash literally, they NEVER answer the phones . I've been pitting in the same request for the last three months ! I now have a huge ant problem I called the property manager Andy , she told me I would have to wait until July for pest control to come out . We haven't have a pest control come in almost two years . Everyone in the office is very rude , the need new people all new people .they can't ever keep any maintenance, I hate this neighborhood so bad and wouldn't recommend it to anyone 0/10 . I would love to report them to someone higher because they hate doing their job

UNPROFESSIONAL and UNORGANIZED. My application process was a ghetto hot mess. There’s a reason there’s no good written reviews of this place. I submitted my original application in March, get a call in May to move forward with verification. For TWO months I submitted document after document to verify certain information, all the while assuring me this will be the last “one” and you’re still approved. Towards the end of the second month to verify “information” they fired and hired three office personnel and so I had to restart and explain the process each time. After putting my apartment search on hold for two months in hopes of moving into one of the available units, I follow up to find out what the delay is (because they don’t): your payment history is the issue.
