Village at the Loop

This place is not what it seems. I'm an injured worker who recently fell below income limits and someone recommended this place to live until I get back on my feet and well enough to return to actual work. They claim that they are low income/affordable housing but have strange application rules. I do light contract work on the side while healing from work injuries. After sending all my private financial info, the property manager called me to say I was "over-incomed" based on only 3 check stubs from 1 month of seasonal work I did during Christmas and nothing else. Her reasoning was that those 3 check stubs are what she used to calculate my regular monthly income. I'm pretty sure that's illegal to over-calculate someone's actual income instead of looking at the total income for the last 120

Real nice apartments, friendly staff, everything you need is in the area or down the street. Shoutout to the maintenance woman she's more certified than any other dude I've come across in my old apartment. Neighbors are friendly but anti-social which isnt bad for me definitely recommend moving in to the Village Signed apt. 4308

Beautiful apt complex helped me move in the best way they could been here since end of Oct and I can say wow amazing the inside just beautiful brand new the manager does everything to make sure you feel at home and comfortable so grateful to be living here everything is great clean apt complex no problems at all thank you Yadira for everything you do for your residents

New apartment complex, that can adjust rent based upon income. Very friendly staff, nice apartments. Includes a pool, gym, and other amenities.

Debbie or I’m not sure what her name was called in to get pricing and requirements but she had and attitude that I called but isn’t that apart of her job…
