Village at Terra Bella

Hello, I’ve been living here for over a year and a half. This is not a complaint, but rather an observation of areas where we can improve, along with a message for residents: I walk my pets every day, and the amount of waste left behind by pet owners is absurd. This says more about the owner than the animal. Neighbor, please be responsible: pick up after your pet. Suggestion for management: please add more trash bins for pet waste, especially near the last lake by Building 15. Out of respect, I won’t mention which neighbors are not cleaning up. The cleanliness of hallways, staircases, and windows is very poor. In a year and a half, I have only seen my hallway cleaned once, and it was not a deep cleaning. Hopefully, we can all do our part by keeping our doors and surrounding areas clean and

Village at Terra Bella has been one of the best experiences since our move to America. Everything went smoothly from the beginning, and the community feels calm, safe, and welcoming. The neighbors are very friendly, and it’s great to see how pet-friendly the village is — many people live here with their dogs, which creates a warm and positive atmosphere. The staff and maintenance team are responsive and helpful; any issues are fixed very quickly. The level of safety is excellent, and everything feels peaceful and secure. The only small thing missing is a children’s playground. There is a great area for dogs, but nothing similar for kids yet. Overall, it’s a beautiful and well-maintained place to live.

Just moved here recently and truly enjoying my apartment. The office staff Macie, Allison & Irina are wonderful and so helpful, they answered all the of the questions I had and made my decision on my next home very easy. Communication with them has been excellent and there response time is great. The property itself is beautiful, clean and well kept, valet trash is a plus, gated community & a quiet property in which I appreciate. Parking isn't an issue, neighbors are friendly and welcoming. Beautiful clubhouse with a pool, grilling area, gym, conference rooms and working stations. The maintenance team I hear is top notch. Location is close to pretty much anything you need or want and the interstate is within a 5-10 minute drive depending on traffic. Looking forward to enjoying the amen

We moved here from out of state, and the staff was amiable and responsive. They were always quick to answer any question we had, which has carried over since we moved in. The maintenance staff is very responsive. I put in a work request, went to the gym, and they handled it before I returned home. The amenities are top-notch. I use the gym often, and it is always cleaned and maintained. It's also a very welcoming environment; my neighbors are friendly, but everybody is just trying to enjoy their life. Thank you to the entire staff at Terra Bella for making our apartment a home! P.S. I love the view by the pool

I've been living here for a year now and I really like everything. We were moving from another state and manager Irina helped us to arrange all the documents online, it was very convenient. The manager Irina is very pleasant and responsive, always helps. The staff here is the best, they respond quickly and help at the highest level. There is a gym, a swimming pool and a place to relax. Everything is always clean and in working order. The office always holds holidays and contests for residents, it is very pleasant! Thank you, the village at terra bella ☺️
