Everwell at Bexley | Luxury Apartments

Very good apartment complex to live. We moved here from out of state in May 2024 and renewed for another 15 month. We were one of the few first in when the complex still wasn't 100% finished. Since our first approach over the phone, the staff has been amazing at being attentive, helpful and resourceful to the residents. It has been a pleasure to see the landscaping blossom, as well as staff manage the complex very efficiently. The common areas and amenities are nice and well kept, and we find the structure to be quiet enough. Maintenance works very well and fast, and most of the complex is managed with apps, intelligent features and fob's. Our apartment is cozy, the furniture and renovation quality are excellent. The staff are always friendly and responsive — every request is handled quickly and professionally. We love the beautiful clubhouse with great coffee and a stylish, welcoming atmosphere. The well-maintained grounds and attention to detail make it feel like home. The management often organizes fun events and celebrations for residents, which adds even more warmth and a sense of community. Everwell is truly a wonderful place to live!

We’ve been living at Everwell at Bexley since 2024 and truly love it here! A few months ago there was a change in management, and it has made such a positive difference. The new manager really pays attention to detail, is present, approachable, and genuinely cares about the residents. You can feel the improvement. The staff is always polite, professional, and helpful whenever we need anything. It makes a big difference to feel heard and supported. The location is incredibly convenient very close to schools, restaurants, supermarkets, and everything you need. It makes daily life so much easier. We moved into Everwell last August and we love it so much that we just renewed for another 14 months. We have the most amazing floor plan with our 1,700 sf 3 bedroom apartment. We live in a nature preserve and the views are amazing. Our unit faces west and every evening we get treated to beautiful sunsets. This complex is brand new so we really enjoy all the beautiful appliances that come with the unit. One of the things we love the most about our apartment is all the windows that let in so much light along with the screened in wrap around balcony. We have turned the balcony into a little oasis and enjoy having dinner outside in the cooler months. All of our three bedrooms have large walk in closets and we make full use of them. I moved in about two years ago and I absolutely love living here! The apartment complex is well-maintained and has such a great community vibe. The pool area is always clean and relaxing, and the gym is well-equipped, making it super convenient to work out without having to leave home. They love to have events here to get residents together and different food trucks almost weekly!! The staff does an amazing job creating a welcoming and enjoyable environment. Highly recommend!
