Village at Lake Park

Overall, this is a great place to live! However, I have to make this negative comment because this is the second time this has happened to me. I found a roach in my apartment, and submitted a service request. I CLEARLY stated that I wanted maintenance to call me to set up an appointment, and that I did not want anyone entering my apartment without me there. Got home today, and saw that they had left a copy of my service request on my counter, stating the time they will later arrive to resolve my issue. They entered my apartment without my permission. This exact thing happened the last time I submitted a service request. What’s the point of clicking “Call for Entry” if no one calls me and instead goes into my apartment without my permission? The maintenance staff is great! Marquise recently serviced my apartment for some electrical issues. He was very attentive and made sure everything was fixed perfectly

Very noisy, if you work from home, tons of abandoned and/or stored vehicles taking up space. It has become just as rough as any other place in smyrna. Not the worst but there are much better places.

This complex has 5 different names would be helpful if the residents put their complex name & apt number not just address. 2031 lake park drive is what people put. 2031 (J,Arbor) Lake Park Dr is better.
