Village at Broadstone Station

I just moved in this month but I have no complaints, the manager /landlord is very patient and supportive. Adjusting to new career and military transfer. Responses are given the same day and went over & Beyond to hold on to a couple big packages when they got here couple days early while I was still moving from a different state. Rooms are spacious and kept up good. You work with them they'll work with you Happy Holidays!

What an amazing night !! I had the opportunity to host a candle making experience with the residents at Villages at Broadstone Station and it was so fun !! The residents had an amazing time and the aesthetic was to cute !! Definitely luxe. And working alongside Breyonna and Tiara to put this event together was so smooth. Definitely enjoyed working with them both. Can’t wait to host more candle making experiences here in the future. ✨

I was impressed by the maintenance staff and the excellent management—they deserve an A1, 10/10. The majority of the community is respectful and actively participates in events organized by the administration. While we were unfortunate to have one or two neighbors from other buildings cross the line, the situation was handled and contained appropriately.

My tour with Tiara was great. The community was clean and showed well. The location in downtown Apex is great. It’s close to shopping, dining, nail salons and sushi!!!! The team was getting ready for a huge pool party and extended an invitation to me. Pool, gym, dog park, play area, corn hole and planned resident events were all great amenities.

I had a great experience with this property management . Breyonna was extremely helpful in every aspect of the process. She was professional, responsive, and made sure all my questions were answered. Her support made everything smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend .
