My time at Village Apartments was defined by unresponsive management and an unreasonable rental price for the quality of the unit. The most frustrating experience came after I moved out, when it took six months of persistent effort to get my security deposit back. I sent multiple text messages, left messages with their answering service, and only received a response after sending a certified letter. For six months, I was ignored. According to Connecticut state law, landlords must return security deposits within 21 days of a tenant moving out and providing a forwarding address. The fact that it took a certified letter and six months of waiting is unacceptable and shows a clear disregard for tenant rights and basic communication. The apartment itself was overpriced for its age and condition.

I was visiting some friends and you can't sleep there, you can hear everything, the walls are not insulated, all the noise from the neighbors is heard: voices, dishes, screams, footsteps on the roof, they thunder horribly when you walk, in the bathroom you can hear everything, there is no privacy in those apartments and the price seems high to me for so much noise.

Very nice apartments a little pricey but nice
