Meadows Apartments

My friend has a language barrier they took her to court even with pictures of completely clean and no damage charged her for an extra month of rent when she asked for a translator at court they denied because a friend of hers had written the letter for her and they tried to say her English was great because of the friend written letter don't even bother looking. They are scam artists making extra cash on the side over lies. I cannot believe anyone would be treated this way. This is discrimination to the fullest they need to be reported. My mother is a landlord and would never do these things I don't even want to put a 1 as a review this hold be a negative ten

I have quite a history with this place. These units initially were individually owned condos when the property was first opened in 1967 by a joint venture of 3 physicians. They all have their own private front and back entrance. The Oak River Management company does a great job maintaining the grounds. The units are a little dated, but the management has been and are continuing to make upgrades as time goes on. Tara the Leasing Manager and Steve the owner are extremely accommodating and are quick and efficient with addressing any concerns (and that’s saying something as I’m extremely meticulous about my living space). It is really quiet and in a woodsy area /country setting but you are also very close to all necessities. It really feels like home. I know many folks who have lived here befo

You sign a lease that says if you die from mold inside the apartment it's your fault.. that should be enough to say what kind of place this is. I would Definitely never recommend this apartment complex to anyone

Best landlord ever! Keep your place safe and clean and don’t cause problems.. not hard to understand. The owner and landlord have been nothing but good to me since the beginning I’ve lived here over 8 years I believe now. They are extremely patient and kind. I don’t know why anyone would say such terrible things about this complex

I lived here from 1999-2006, as a teenager. The memories I have here will live with me forever. Special thanks to Jose & Johnny, Dirty & Ashley, Ramon & Gloria, Devon & Chad, Dannyboy & Chris M, Bruce (RIP) & Levi, Steve-O & Stephanie. Hopefully you are all living with same fond memories of the Meadow Apartments as I am ✌️
