Villa Ventura Apartments

Great place to live. Management is attentive and cares about the residents as people. I’ve lived at other properties where I was actually scared of my property manager, and the moment I met Roseanna, she was a breathe of fresh air. I’ve been here just over a year, and intend on staying here until I can purchase my first home. 🩵

I have to say that the manager at Villa Ventura has been a wonderful blessing that has made apartment living very pleasant. Always helpful and friendly and very efficient. She is always available to meet any issues one might have quickly. Fernando takes care of any maintenance issues with the utmost efficiency and quality workmanship. He is very knowledgeable and tackles any job with enthusiasm and is always friendly. Together, they make living here very comfortable and safe.

Roseanna is hands down the best property manager I have ever had. She is very resourceful and knowledgeable about a lot of things in the area. The property is kept clean and quiet!!! I would highly recommend!!

These are very nice apartments very clean very community orientated and the manager Rosanna is one of the best managers I've ever had she's very nice very easy to talk to and always willing to help
