Went in with my fiancé to ask some questions. Officers ladies were both incredibly rude. One lady rolled her eyes at me and the other lady refused to answer any questions I had. I was helping my fiancé with his finances so I felt it was remarkably rude that instead of answering my questions they would either ignore or give a short answer that never actually answered my questions. They only spoke to him as if I wasn’t there and even got mad when I would ask questions because they’d rather talk to him. I think this is unprofessional and unnecessary. They even asked (him) if I was there was him and he clearly stated I was there to help and they still disregarded me entirely. Good environment. Only thing I don’t like is parking is far from my apartment and I’m not on ground floor so groceries/laundry and furniture moving has been a big hassle periodically. The older maintenance guy is nice and efficient. Violet helped me so much with my move in August. So far I would recommend especially for the spacious studio.

Violeta has been the biggest help, she’s so sweet and patient she made everything so easy. Moving in was pretty easy as well, very nice apartment complex. The area is super nice. I’m very happy that I chose Villa Toscana.

I am a young renter and I am renting for the first time so it was really scary trying to find a good apartment complex but Ms.Violet HELPED me ALOT. She made the process so much easier and helped me so much! It is a nice community. I will say, I wish they had cameras in the parking lots as my bfs car got broken into over night and there’s no way to report it because there’s no camera. It seems weird to not have camera for emergency. Overall it’s a nice complex.

I stayed Here For A Year If You Have Children This Is Not Really The Best Place Because Of Your Neighbors Consistently Complaining. Maintanace Complained About Picking Up A Toy That A 2 yrd Threw Over Balcony. The LEASING OFFICE DOES NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. I MOVED OUT ON THE 4th And Ive Been CALLING Ever Since And Emailing Know One Chose To Respond But You Are Charging Me All Of These Fees ! LETS NOT GET ON THE ROACHES OMG!
