Villa Sienna Apartment

I have lived here for a while now and love it! The apartment is great, and the grounds are beautiful! Ana, the manager is very helpful and makes sure that if I need something fixed, it gets done right away. The maintenance guys are very nice too. I like that I can have my washer / dryer in the apartment.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Management doesn't do anything if something breaks and you need matinance instead of calling matinance she has you do the paperwork and set up the appointment. The road was recently redone however they didn't repave the parking spaces so it's old road mixed with new. No equipment in the gym actually works and it's extremely small. The river fountain doesn't work at all and it's dry after it rains the water sits there until it evaporates. They don't add utility and trash costs to the rent so the rent you see you owe isn't the true rent you have to add utilities yourself to the total rent due.

These apartments are beautiful. It is quiet, the neighbors are friendly, the grounds are maintained beautifully. Management is amazing! Ms. Ana has been the best property manager a tenant could bope for. Definitely the best apartment I have lived in. I highly recommend this complex. The only changes I would ask for is assigned parking, but parking is usually not difficult to find. I would give it more stars if I could!

Management doesn’t do anything. The hot tub has been broken for who knows how long. Everything breaks in the apartment on a month to month basis. The rent is not worth the quality of living here. There has been nothing but trouble since moving in here.

They did not fix the hot tub and now fall for the whole summer. Nor did they have the pool open at times. They took months to fix the ac unit. And they charge this place as a luxury apartment.
