Villa Rotonda Santa Rosa Apartments

My husband and I just relocated to Santa Rosa, CA from Texas and I am so happy we moved into Villa Rotonda! The apartments are brand new with lots of natural light and incredible views. We’re also right next to a hiking path so taking the dogs on their walks every day is super convenient. The private garage fits both of our vehicles easily plus there’s a bike storage room which gives us even more space. The location is perfect because there’s enough surrounding nature to make the property feel private, but we’re just minutes away from the 101 and tons of shopping and vineyards. Joseph and his team were so accommodating and made us feel “at home” right away. I HIGHLY recommend Villa Rotonda if you’re moving to Sonoma County!
