Villa Risa Apartments

After almost 5 months of living here, I thought it was time for a review. This is honestly one of the best apartment communities I’ve ever lived in. Likely the best. Although built in 2011, the apartments are very well maintained inside and out and the maintenance staff is absolutely incredible. The front office is always very responsive. I’ve enjoyed working with them on multiple occasions. It’s a park like setting and the awesome landscapers always do a great job and they arrive every week like clockwork. The community has been super quiet with no issues at all. Just a beautiful experience. It’s very unusual these days to find a management company so serious about making customers happy. I’m impressed and would highly recommend it. If I had any feedback at all it would be for the managem

The apartments are very spacious and offers lots of peace and quiet. Theres a dog run which was perfect for our pup to get some exercise. The staff were always super nice and helpful. I really liked the events they held for the residents; it was always a great time with good food. I honestly have no complaints about this place, I absolutely loved living here!

Excellent staff that is eager to assist their tenants, great upkeep on the property including the pool area, dog run, gym, and the landscaping. Nice and quiet environment with friendly neighbors and great insulation to help with temperature control and sound containment. In-unit washer and dryer is very beneficial and a well-developed layout. I lived here nearly 3 years and I loved every minute of it!

Great place to live, Gas stove is a huge plus, AND a dog run :D Move-out experience was more than fair. Great insulation for sound (hardly ever heard neighbors) , and great insulation for temperature control as well. 10/10 they took time in constructing this place. Customer service and attention to tenants needs is fantastic as well, staff is super friendly (Shout out Cali and Isaiah!) I lived here almost 3 years and no other place does it like Villa Risa.

Amazing place to live! The area is kept very clean. The apartments are great, I have never lived somewhere so insulated, both in terms of noise and air leaks, simply fantastic. The appliances are all brand new, and the open layout is very modern. Once they add online rent paying it will be perfect. (And a hot tub please!!!!!!!!!!)
