I would like to thank Danielle, Jessica, Brad and everyone at Timios for helping me purchase property from afar. At first I was concerned with not being able to walk in their Chico office to sign papers or be present through this process. Immediately I was made to feel at ease. Docusign is like being there for each signature needed and when I had to sign the final documents Timios sent an awesome notary to my house! I had a lot of questions that everyone answered immediately or my message was send to someone else who was available. Great Title company and very helpful. The answer any and all question, are very quick to get back to you and treat everyone with care. Highly recommend them as the property I bought was a nightmare when it came to city records for deeds. But they were able to get things sorted out quite nicely.
