Villa Nueva Apartments

Been here for 3 years and recently they started charging for gas, water, and trash on top of the rent! The charges dont make sense because its always an extra 200 or 300 dollars on top of rent, so our rent bill is never the same its always more than the price of the apartment. This has been going on for two years. So if you decide to rent an apartment here, don't count on your rent being one price every month. They add on extra charges that dont make sense. Im not sure if this legal or if theyre doing something to get extra money from their Tennants. All of our neighbors have been dealing with the same issue. Forget about canceling your lease unless you want to pay an extra 2 grand to leave. Best advice is figure out if you can afford an extea 20o or 300 dollars on top of the rent. If not

We moved into our unit on May 8th, upon moving in we noticed cockroaches EVERYWHERE. Our apartment is infested with them. Arizona Revised Statutes § 33-1324, landlords are legally required to maintain fit and habitable premises. This includes the obligation to provide pest-free housing at the start of tenancy which they Failed to do. Being that out contract is void because of this statute, we informed the office we where vacating, and should receive our deposit back. They said they would have to speak with their legal team. They blatantly broke the Arizona statutes by renting a cockroach infested apartment to us. It has been over a week and our move out date is in less then 4 days and they have not responded. I am grateful that the amount we can request in court is less then 3500$ because

The apartment was misrepresented, and cockroach infestation was discovered after signing. The company knew they had an infestation and rented out the apartment, which is ILLEGAL. The apartment management have tried to excuse the issue and claim they had no knowledge, which has resulted in financial losses to my family as we can not take roach infested furniture and appliances with us. The management does not answer the phone, and the leasing office has not been manned numerous times during open hours. The pool is constantly trashed, frequent police interventions, and stolen packages. Literally had my birthday present stolen here. DO NOT RENT HERE!

Management company doesnt care...There is trash everywhere, no security, extremely loud ppl, roaches in the buildings, cats running amok, and kids leaving food and trash all over the common areas. For the price of rent, i wouldnt recommend, and for the management seeing this, dont bother messaging me saying im not on record for living here, i do live here, and have been living here for 4 years, but this isnt my real name because you dont deserve my real name.

Recently called these apartments to get information. I had a absolutely incredible experience, Aneyda was very professional with us, answered all my questions and guided us through the process, definitely looking forward to viewing the apartments just from the experience I had with Aneyda.
