UPDATE #2- The Manager of the Month is named Vanessa. She is very UNPROFESSIONAL, does NOT know how to speak to people and NEVER leaves her office. She has absolutely no clue what is happening at this property. UPDATE #1 - I can finally shower. An actual licensed Plumber came and fixed the shower! I have to fill a bucket up with water from the tub to flush the toilet and the bathroom sink can't be used!! And except for the sprinklers going off all day and night and the broken sprinkler that shoots up a geyser of water 6-8 times a day, everything else is fine!! As usual, on the weekend, there is no hot water! Have to wait until Monday the very moody maintenance man stated! I even went to the office on Friday morning to make sure the the work order in my apartment is done or I would just ge

If I could give negative stars I would, the place is roach infested and the seniors are being taken advantage of. My mother was drug through eviction court while actively preparing to bury her grandson and even after the rent was paid and she was allowed to renew her lease and stay there almost 2 more years the manager Joyce refuses to do the necessary motion to have this eviction sealed. Very unprofessional and unjust for senior citizens on fixed income trying to obtain housing and more habitable conditions.

just renewed my lease for the fourth year i've found a place to make my home landscaping is well taken care of maintenance is great office staff are outstanding and a open door policy sure every place has it's quirks and negatives I don't understand some of the bad revues personally I think you can't please everyone but unless some drastic change i'm here at home till the end

I started working with Joyce and the staff at Villa Monterey for around 7 months now. They have been so helpful and friendly. I see how hard they all work to take care of their tenants and this place. They are constantly making sure the property and the residents are taken care of. I'm appreciative of the relationships I have made with them all and I hope I will be able to work with them for a very long time.

I have been a resident here since 2017 and I love being a resident. My furry baby is Eva and all of the ladies in the office treat her so well, every morning I come in for my refreshments and Eva comes in for her treats. Joyce the property manager is the best! She is always out on the property working hard and making sure things are in order. Since she has been back things have drastically changed for the better, the pool is now open, the gym is always in service, she always has a open ear for all of the residents, shows patience, and makes everyone feel happy to be a resident here. Even though she is always busy she always makes time to talk to everyone.
