Villa Gardens

I lived here couple of years it was great. Everything was fine until about a year ago, it’s been constant new owners and with that new office personnel which they are rude , office is most of the time closed , office phone not working, maintenance takes for ever to get something fixed or not fixed . Requested maintenance since 2023 about my tile that never got fixed , my restroom and sink were always clogged. When you finally get to talk to someone they give you the excuse that they are new and working on getting into the system but off course they don’t have no problem in collecting rent. They have 2 laundry rooms which they never clean them it’s filthy , water all over the place , washers/dryers not working. The trash cans are always overflowing give the apartments a very bad view. I’m beyond disappointed and disgusted with how I was treated by this apartment complex. I never even got to move into the unit, and the entire experience was a nightmare from start to finish.The management was completely unprofessional and disorganized. After approving my application, they gave me the runaround for days offering no clear communication, delaying move-in details, and constantly changing the information. I made arrangements, took time off work, and prepared everything to move, only to be left hanging with no access to the unit and zero accountability. They wasted my time, energy, and money, and showed absolutely no regard for the stress and inconvenience they caused. If this is how they treat someone before they even move in, I can only imagine how terrible it would be to act

I loved living here in villas gardens. We’ve never had any problems, but now we are living and mold. We have a bunch of roaches. Thankfully we’re not dealing with rats. But I’m a very OCD person, very clean person, and like the much that we clean. We still be seeing like a lot of weird and sex come out out of nowhere. We have half of our stuff packed up just because like half of ourselves, has been either given to other people in the apartments. Or we’ve had to throw it away so it use to be great now we want to leave

apartments only look good from the outside but if you take a look in the inside it’s bad I found mold in one of the apartments that I used to live in the pool is just for views they never open it up in the 7 years that I lived they only opened it once don’t recommend and also service is very bad I asked them to fix my kitchen water because it didn’t work and they just said to wait and they never came don’t recommend

I'd love to give this place a 0-star review. Recently, there has been a change of management, which sent this place down to a place beyond repair. The lady who works the desk seems like she has been tasked with being rude and unhelpful. She has absolutely NO business being in any type of customer care position. The new management will go to great lengths to avoid helping their tenants. Cleanliness is not in this management's vocabulary. The whole place reeks of dog poop. Simply sad.
