Villa Gardens Apartments

My friend lives here and I noticed that When Pam was manager, things were up to par. When she left to work at other location, things went down hill fast. People complained about lack of upkeep, soon hot water problems. When she came back those issues got fixed. Now that she’s back I’d choose this as a place to live.

Update: 3/2026 last month here THANK GOODNESS New Management: Lynco Properties Building A-D 2 weeks I have been without hot water, 21 times the water has been off for hot water repairs in the past 8 months- so it is WELL known the hot water is an issue and has been for YEARS. Code enforcement is involved and is aware of the problem, they demanded a licensed plumber make the repairs. It keeps being referenced as an “inconvenience” but it’s more than an inconvenience. I have asked for a discount on rent for the “inconvenience” with no response. Actually most of my complaints to the office have been responded with little to no response after I contacted the city for the 4th time in the past year! I have been at this place for 3 months and since then the same 3 work orders are still open. My

This includes a dedicated full-time manager and a full-time maintenance professional. The property owner is fully committed to maintaining and enhancing the premises to ensure an exceptional living experience for us tenants. My wife and I have resided here for over seven years and are delighted with this well-maintained, quiet community. We highly recommend Villa Gardens to prospective residents.

This is my first apartment, and it is perfect here! Pam is amazing and really attentive to the community. I got a 2 bed 2 bath, and it’s so nice and well kept; not to mention the property is very quiet and peaceful. I’m super happy to be here:)

I agreed with some residents who said that it was rough to live here while our manager, Pam, was gone. Pam is such a wonderful and caring manager, so I am so excited that she’s back! Pam and Kevin (our maintenance man) make this apartment a great place to live. They work so hard and care about its residents.
