Villa Esther

These units are OVER-PRICED. Most do NOT have dishwashers and many have old appliances. The carpet in the bedroom "area" is really cheap and meant for college kids, not adults. There are numerous buildings in Weho area with better ameneties and taste for LESS. Don't get SCAMMED

Everything and everybody has been great. I haven’t had any issues since I moved in.

Wanted to add Diego to the list of amazing building managers at Decron. Any issue I may have gets taken care of efficiently and professionally. I really appreciate living somewhere that I feel safe and heard above all else. Diego has definitely helped to make that happen. Thank you! Major and Oviedo (manager & maintenance man) are the best! The building is always being upgraded thanks to them and whenever I have a problem or work order.. it gets done as quickly as possible and in the most professional manner. They are a pleasure to deal with and I hope they stay working with decron for as long as I’m living here. Thanks!

My experience of living at the Villa Esther Apartments has been excellent. Major Caldwell who works in the management office is incredibly professional and helpful and always takes care of any issues that may come up. Ovidio who works in the maintenance office is also incredibly helpful and takes care of things in a professional manner. Taking everything into consideration, my years of living at Villa Esther have been incredible.

My wife and I are long term residents. Since Major's arrival, there has been a noticeable improvement in the overall maintenance and upkeep of the building. Major and his team are very responsive when it comes to dealing with repairs big and small. Managing an 80 unit building comes with its challenges and Major has shown patience in dealing with them. He strives to make all of the tenants be conscientious about the fact that we all share the building and should respect each other's right to a clean environment, quiet hours, and sanitary conditions. We have been happy here for more than 16 years. The neighborhood is hard to beat and the building continues to see marked improvement.
