The week we moved in to the apartment, he was washing and cleaning the building’s garbage bin after it was emptied out, and from then on, I knew we made the right choice. Most of these places you rent in LA, you have to deal with a property management company, but not here. Eli is one call/text away. If there was anything we needed, Eli provided it within days! Aside from being an excellent property owner, he also cares about his tenants. We’ve lived in several apartments over the years, but our experience with Eli has truly been the best. He’s by far the most responsive landlord we’ve ever had and was always quick to answer texts or calls and genuinely cares about his tenants’ comfort. If I didn’t have to change locations for school, as I just got accepted into a university, we would have stayed there much much longer. Any time an issue came up, he went above and beyond to fix it right away and made sure it was done properly. I’ve had countless landlords over the last 10 years of my life, and with full confidence I can say I’ve never had a landlord so professional, thoughtful and meticulous as Eli. Every request we had was taken care of with speed & warmth. One time I locked myself out of my apartment & he had a solution ready and on the way for me within minutes. When I toured this property for the first time, I was at the lowest point of my life .. morale was low touring multiple places, then came my tour with Eli. His kindness & warmth alone made the decision easy, we applied right away & had the most seamless application experience. I really needed that back then, so thank you Eli. My husband and I lived in one of Eli’s (owner) properties for 5.5 years. He set the bar really high when it comes to property owners/management. Not once did we ever have any insect or rodent issues. He had the outside of our building cleaned regularly (stairs, driveway, windows, etc.). If any issues came up or we needed something, he would take care of it right away. The inside of our apartment was modern with updated finishes. We absolutely loved living there and were sad when it was time to go. We would have lived there forever if we could, but our family grew and we needed more space. 10/10 recommend!
