The tub faucet leak was taken care of quickly and no leak at all now. I do have a followup question- is the plumbing supposed to be exposed? It wasn’t before and I don’t want you to think I caused that. I imagine the parts are impossible to find but just wondering. Thank you!

I’m not sure what this is for. My kitchen window screen still has holes covered in tape. And the balcony doors still rattles with slightest touch. So don’t think this review is for me as my apartment isn’t fixed.

these people thought it would be cute to illegally keep $700 of my security deposit. they promptly sent it back when i filed for small claims court. do not move here, everyone is shady❤️

Horrible apartment . Badly built loud wood floors. Had waste water flooding my kitchen sink . Maintenance repair didn’t show up for two days even though it was an emergency. Unfriendly staff . Things were always broken. Stay away at all costs. Lenard the manager is a lazy shady dude.
