This is a Long review so be prepared… I have lived here for A little over two years and honestly, there have been red flags from the beginning, but I ignored them because I had to get a place for my family. Ever since we’ve moved in everytime the property manager, Jamesetta, Had a conversation with me she’s very condescending, rude and disrespectful. It started with when we got our dog, who is a registered emotional support from my son who has ADHD. She has bothered us about the dog Every chance she gets. Update : THEY RESPONDED BACK TO MY BAD REVIEW OF COURSE just like every other . But still don’t answer the phone . at this point I do believe the responses back on here is just automated thing they got up , as I called as they stated to , been calling for a week now to no returned calls . LONG REVIEW : Unfortunately as reviews others stated . Their office management is rude . I went on 10/27/2025 to fill out an in person application as I’ve been calling for weeks , to get no returned calls . I've been a resident for over 20 years and I enjoy the environment and the staff are very helpful and easy to communicate with about anything.

I have been here since 2023 and i love it here! Jamie and Whitney are beyond helpful and delightful! Malcom the maintenance man, is always on top of issues inside/outside the unit and he fixes things exceptionally quick. the neighborhood is fairly quiet, nothing out of the ordinary outside of living in an apartment! This complex is very affordable, especially for all of the amenities you will get. also perfect for small families!

My brother just recently moved on the property and upon my visit, I was completely blown away at how beautiful and spacious the townhouses are. I also observed how well the property is kept up. It seems to be very quiet and I had an opportunity to meet the staff, which are extremely friendly and attentive to accommodating my brothers needs. I'm considering relocating to this beautiful property once my lease is up. I'm definitely hoping there are availability next year because this will definitely be the ideal place to live!
