I have been a resident here for almost 8 years I love it here the new manager is awesome she is very professional, caring, and very nice she makes sure all her residents are taken care of she is the best so far I hope she stays a long time and don’t let me start on the new maintenance guys AWESOME JOBS you guys they know what they are doing and they get it done correctly the first time I love it here and don’t plan on leaving anytime soon❤️

Parking is getting bad can't find nothing especially at night supposed to be a 2 car limit but people have more then 2 as for the office no one is ever in there this apartment is very unorganized and unprofessionalism in management. The pictures I uploaded gives you an example how bad parking is.

Speaking from my personal experience I’ve been a resident here for 5 years and I can honestly say this complex is a great place to live. One of the biggest advantages is that it’s all bills paid, which is almost impossible to find at such a reasonable price in today’s economy. The units are very spacious and provide more value than most places around. On top of that, the property is currently undergoing new renovations for upcoming units, which shows they’re consistently improving and investing in the community. The property manager has always been professional, responsive, and quick to handle any concerns or maintenance requests, which makes a huge difference. I highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a fresh, affordable start in a place that truly takes care of its residents
